At Zeeam Store, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refund Policy below for information regarding refunds, returns, and order concerns.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—many of which are perishable or imported specialty goods—all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns on:

Perishable items (food, beverages, frozen items, spices, etc.)

Personal care products

Clearance or discounted items

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery or pickup

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, we will gladly review the issue.

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item(s)

A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer store credit or a replacement item, depending on product availability.

 

3. Non-Delivery Errors

If an issue occurs due to our team (missing item, incorrect item, or delivery error), we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

4. Customer-Provided Information Errors

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

Incorrect delivery address

Missed delivery attempts

Items left at the address but not retrieved

Delays caused by customer unavailability

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
After that window, orders cannot be modified or refunded because preparation and packaging may have begun.
